Participating in a Workflow Step
When You Are Assigned
You receive an email notification when a step assigned to you becomes active. The item also appears in your dashboard inbox.
Submitting Your Response
- Navigate to the transmittal or letter detail page, Workflow tab.
- Find your step (marked as "Active").
- Review the correspondence details and any prior step submissions.
- Write a comment (mandatory if the step requires it).
- Optionally attach files:
- Upload new files.
- Re-use existing files from the correspondence (documents, additional files, or previous workflow attachments).
- For PDFs, use the built-in PDF editor to mark up documents.
- Click "Submit".
After all participants submit, the step is marked Complete. The next step activates automatically (with email notifications), or the workflow completes if no more steps remain.
