PDF Editor #

Mowafeq includes a built-in PDF editor that lets you annotate, mark up, and sign documents directly in your browser — no external software needed.

Where It Appears #

The PDF editor is available in two places:

• Revision creation — When creating a new revision of a document, you can edit a PDF file using the in-browser editor instead of uploading a replacement.
• Workflow reviews — When participating in a workflow step, you can mark up PDF documents before submitting your response.

Capabilities #

The editor provides a full set of annotation tools:

• Free text — Add text annotations anywhere on the document.
• Shapes — Draw rectangles, circles, and lines to highlight areas.
• Highlights — Mark up existing text with color overlays.
• Arrows — Point to specific areas of interest.
• Signatures — Apply your saved user signature to any page.
• Stamps — Apply your company stamp to any page.

Auto-Save & Download #

Changes made in the editor are auto-saved as you work. You can also download the annotated PDF at any time for offline reference.
