Custom Stamps
Custom stamps let you create and manage your own stamp presets for frequently-used annotations. You can define stamps with specific images, text, and formatting, then apply them quickly from the PDF Editor.
Defining Custom Stamps
Custom stamps are managed from your profile page:
- Navigate to your profile via the user section at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Scroll to the Custom Stamps card.
- Click Add stamp to create a new stamp.
For each stamp, configure:
- Name — A label to identify the stamp in the picker.
- Image — Upload a PNG image to use as the stamp graphic.
- Scale — Set the default size as a percentage.
Managing Stamps
From the profile page you can:
- Rename a stamp by clicking its name field.
- Replace the image by uploading a new file.
- Delete a stamp with the trash icon.
- Reorder stamps by dragging.
Changes apply immediately across all your sessions.
Applying Custom Stamps in the PDF Editor
- Open a document in the PDF Editor.
- Click the Stamps button in the toolbar.
- Switch to the Custom tab in the stamps popover.
- Click on any custom stamp to select it.
- Click on the document page to place the stamp.
- Drag to reposition or use handles to resize.
Quick Add from the Editor
If you need a new stamp while editing, you can create one without leaving the editor:
- Open the Stamps popover.
- Click + Add stamp at the bottom of the Custom tab.
- Upload an image and give it a name.
- The new stamp appears immediately in your list.
This is useful for one-off stamps you discover you need mid-edit.
