Editing a Letter #

When available: You are a Document Controller, your company is the sender, and the letter has no responses.

Editable Fields #

• Subject
• Keywords
• File attachments (remove existing files, add new files)

Not Editable After Creation #

• Letter reference
• Purpose
• Receivers

When Responses Exist #

If responses exist, the edit form is completely disabled with the message: "This letter cannot be edited because it has responses."
